The hair pores will show when we put the 160X lens onto genuine leather goods, some sparse and some dense, according to different animals' skin. These pores are not visible by the naked eyes. Unlike the pores on real leather being dispersed in a spontaneous way, the polyurethane (PU) products under the 160X lens will have either aligned honeycomb patterns or thousands of printed dots in multi-color.

In forestry research, UV spectrum is one of the most common wavelengths to observe fluorescent marks on leaves and flowers, and in UV light, chlorophyll glows in red. Using ALS at 470nm with different filters to shine on the leaves, chlorophyll presents in different hues.
